Welcome to The GixFixx website. We are pleased to be able to provide you with the best in service and support. In order to get started you will either need a session key which will have already been sent to you, an email which has a link in it which will start a support session, or you can fill out the Issue Submission form below. In each of these cases, once you click the Submit button a small piece of software will be downloaded to your computer and you will need to click a button or two to get started.
